Title: Program Coordinator

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments

Location: Greater Victoria

Wages: $47, 840 – $52, 000 annual salary

Position Description: This management level position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination of services by providing supervision, leadership and direction to a number of employees, as well as evaluating program standards. The incumbent assists individuals to live successfully in their home and participate within their community. This position is responsible for ensuring that the individuals’ physical, emotional, social, educational and health needs are met. In addition, the incumbent monitors individuals’ quality of life, activities of daily living and the development of life skills.



  • Post-Secondary school certificate, diploma or degree in Human Services, or demonstrated experience in a related field
  • Management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in a residential setting
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • Medical certificate confirming physical, mental and emotional suitability necessary for position
  • TB Test
  • BC Criminal Records Review Program Clearance
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
  • Use of personal vehicle required ($3 million liability insurance coverage requested annually)
  • Proficient in MS office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook
