ACCESSIBILITY AT INTEGRA
Integra Support Services is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines. While Integra strives to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility. The first floor of Integra’s Good Neighbours’ Day Program is accessible. Good Neighbours is below our Contracted Services Administrative Offices and are happy to meet with you on the main floor. There is parking right out front the main entrance and the sidewalk is flat in front of the main door. The entrance way does NOT have automatic doors and there is no accessible access switch.
The chairs in the reception area can be moved to accommodate wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We welcome people with service animals and service animals are allowed on all parts of our premises that are open to the public. We will not interact with service animals without permission of the owner/handler. While it is not required, to best accommodate your needs it would be appreciated if you could let us know how to best do that. For example, if you have difficulty with stairs we will arrange to have meetings on the main floor.
